Refreshments - Provide calcium rich foods. Visit www.cabotcheese.com to find out where Cabot Cheese is sold in your community. | |

Exhibitor Equipment - Locate and reserve for each exhibitor. This could include VCR’s, laptops, easels for posters, card tables, chairs, etc. | |

|
Signage: Posters (templates are available for download) -Create, post or send around the school and community (if the event is open to the public). | |

|
Media/Public Relations - Check out our media tips and press release templates. Plug in your information and send to local newspapers and TV and radio stations. | |
|
|
Photographs - Send to school news and local media. Make sure students fill out the required release form when sending photos to Cabot. | |
|
|
Thank-you Notes - Send thank-you notes to all the individuals who offered their time, resources and sponsorship to the event. | |
|
|
Send in your photos, program materials and your Party Pack Entry Form. Cabot will provide your students with free cheese coupons, bone pens and its award-winning calcium education CD for the classroom. |
